Your iPhone or iPod Touch provides the location information that Yowza!! uses. If you're connected to the Internet via Wi-Fi, this location can often be wrong.
If you're using an iPhone, turn off Wi-Fi and connect with the cell network. If you're using an iPod Touch, try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network. Public locations (like a Starbucks, for example) work best.
